Important Information About COD

Payment Currency

Payment is made in the local currency of your delivery country. The exact amount in your local currency will be specified in your order confirmation email.

Exact Change

Please try to have the exact amount or close to it ready when the courier arrives. While couriers typically carry change, having exact cash helps speed up the delivery process.

Order Cancellation

If you refuse to pay upon delivery or are not available to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned to us. Please ensure you’re available at the shipping address during the estimated delivery window.

Failed Delivery

The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
If you’re unavailable, they will leave a notification with contact information
You can arrange a redelivery or pickup at a local depot
If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us

Who Can Use Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is available to:

All customers in European countries where we ship
Both individual consumers and businesses
Customers of all ages (18+ years old)

Order Limits

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value for Cash on Delivery purchases.

Maximum Order Value

For security reasons, there may be maximum order value limits for COD depending on your country. If your order exceeds this limit, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Refused or Uncollected Orders

If an order is refused or not collected:

The package will be returned to our warehouse
You may be responsible for return shipping costs
Future orders may require additional verification
Repeated refusals may affect your ability to place future COD orders
